You will be assigned a password and user name by your teacher, use that to log in. Once you are logged in you can customize the look of your character, or avatar. Play through the tutorial and you can begin customizing your avatar even more with sunglasses, hats, and more! A, W, S, D keys move your character.

It is highly recommended the user have a broadband connection.
If you experience a "server timed out" error, either your game is out of date or the servers are down. Update your game using the ARC Updater located in your Start Menu under ARC The Impending Gale. If you have trouble logging in and are told that your user name or password are incorrect, double check the login information provided by your teacher. Make sure you type in your password exactly as provided since it is case sensitive.

This is probably the part of the mission that causes people the most trouble. Javier isn't speaking to you because he's currently still threatened by the Jaguar, which has probably been attacking you a bit as you made your way over to Javier.

In order to get past the Jaguar and help/talk to Javier you'll need to lure the Jaguar into a nearby pit, This shouldn't be too difficult since the jaguar is going to charge right at you whenever he sees you.

The pit to drop the Jaguar into is located right outside the cave. If you fall in as well, you will need to grapple out. If you look up, you will see a branch to grapple from.

Bernard is located in the Aldea Cliffs area. He is the second character you will speak to after beginning Aldea Cliffs. Reaching Bernard can be a bit tricky, to begin with leave the village where Elder Jose is standing and follow the cliff ahead of you. (Away from the entrance from Laguna Negra)

Paco is located near the entrance to Aldea Cliffs from Laguna Negra. He is near the tree across from Elder Jose.
